Nakama Bot is a 100% free, unofficial, non-profit fan project. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or any of their partners. All One Piece-related names, characters, images, and elements are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. No copyright infringement is intended. This service is provided strictly for entertainment purposes by fans, for fans.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Nakama Bot to your Discord server or logging into our web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot or the dashboard.
2. Usage Restrictions
You agree to use Nakama Bot strictly within the boundaries of Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Furthermore, you may not:
- Use automation, macros, or self-bots to farm currency, XP, or items.
- Exploit bugs or glitches. All exploits must be reported to the developers.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or maliciously attack the bot's infrastructure.
Violation of these rules may result in a permanent, unappealable ban from using the bot across all servers.
3. No Monetization
Because this is an unofficial fan project containing third-party intellectual property, Nakama Bot does not and will never accept payment, donations, or offer premium features. Everything in the game is achievable through regular gameplay for free.
4. Service Availability & Data Loss
We strive to keep the bot online, but downtime may occur for updates, maintenance, or unforeseen errors. Because this is a free, hobbyist project, we do not guarantee continuous uptime. We reserve the right to modify stats, reset progress, or terminate the service entirely at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any lost data or progress.
5. Takedown Requests
If you are the legal copyright holder of any media referenced in this project and wish for its removal, we will comply immediately. Please email contact@nakama-bot.com for swift, voluntary compliance.
